The Experience
If you've never done Christmas Photoshoots, here's what to expect:
On the day of our shoot when you arrive, we'll have a special waiting area for you with Christmas music and an activity for the kids.
When we're ready for you, we will call your family to the main natural light studio space and we'll have an awesome time capturing candid, authentic moments as well as a beautiful posed photo for your holiday cards.
We will instruct you on what to do and have fun prompts for the kids so the only thing you have to do is smile and have fun!
Then, within 10 business days, you'll receive a gallery of images from the session. From there, depending on your package, you either choose your top images or get them all.
Our goal is always to provide wonderful experiences for your family photos!

This year's Holiday Mini Sessions in Miami bring you two completely different Christmas looks—both photographed in the light, airy and joyful MSP style our families come back for year after year.
Choose a timeless Classic Equestrian Christmas filled with soft neutrals, traditional details and cozy textures, or go a little more editorial with The Bellman Holiday, inspired by a chic Christmas vacation with reds, velvet and pearls.

What's Included?
We offer both on location and in studio sessions for Miami maternity photography. When you book a full session with us, we will go through your Pinterest boards, share ideas and co-create a vision for your session and the artwork that you'll display in your home. The day of the session will be effortless and joyous because everything has been planned, we've double checked the weather and poured our hearts into ensuring that the only thing left to do is enjoy and build a core memory as a family.
On location sessions are typically photographed at golden hour for the softest, most beautiful glowy light. If you're set on shooting on location outside of the studio, we will share our favorite places to go and the details as some places do have a fee to photograph there. We will guide you every step of the way to your dream session.
If you're dreaming of a natural light studio that is equal parts timeless and inviting, our all white natural light studio will be a great fit for you and your growing family. The MSP studio is located in our home about 30 minutes from Miami and is exclusively available to our clients for maternity, newborn and family sessions.
In studio sessions are typically photographed between 10am and 2pm in the studio, but we can discuss when it would be best to accommodate for your session. When you book a studio session, you'll have access to our collection of timeless props as well as access to our collection of timeless props and a growing client closet for mamas with timeless, natural tones and flattering fabrics. You'll also be able to get ready in the studio.

Most photographers have a particular shooting and editing style, whether it's light and airy, dramatic and heavy on lighting effects, or moody and dark, you'll be able to notice consistency in their portfolio that will indicate what the final images will be. Whichever style you love, be sure to your photographer is able to deliver the style you want and always dreamed of. If you like a light and airy style, don't book a moody photographer and vice versa. We suggest looking through the photographer's portfolio and don't sacrifice your preferred style for price! These are your FOREVER memories.

This may sound like a silly question, but depending on the photography company, you may not always have the owners or lead photographers photographing your session. It's important to ask this so you're not surprised on the day with a photographer you haven't met yet. We photograph all of our own sessions. We pride ourselves in building relationships with our clients; being there for them every step of the way and communicating expectations throughout every touchpoint.

This question can vary a ton! Photographers all have their timelines and you can't rush art!, you know what I mean? For mini sessions, we deliver your gallery 7 business days after your session so you have enough time to order Christmas cards. However, please book earlier dates since once December comes, it will be tough to have cards done in time.

Typically, this is done so that your family can gift an heirloom to every family photographed on Christmas day, what a great gift to open that lasts a lifetime!
